Apartment Descriptions This is the top floor with a very nice large private
porch facing the east and a totally awesome stunning view of the Boston
Harbor and Boston Skyline. The roof of this Apartment was panoramic opening
shot for the popular TV series "Boston Public". This Apartment
has all wood floors, skylights in the living room, porch and hallway. Being
on the top of the house and on top of the hill with many windows it is
a very bright and cheerful space. The Apartment consists of two bedrooms
on opposite ends of the Apartment. Each bedroom has a bureau and Deluxe
Queen size Air mattress. A large living room with a couch (cable TV hook
up, no TV yet, basic service included) free broadband wireless connection.
a skylight in the center of the room. The kitchen has a "blue pearl" granite
kitchen table, refrigerator, gas stove/ oven and sink. Extras included:
silverware, plates, glasses, tea cups, pots & pans, utensils drying
rack. There is a storage room with shelves to keep suitcases, hang coats,
etc. To enter the building a password will be given and a key to the Apartment
door. There is an intercom (with a front door release) in each apartment. Present condition of the Apartment: The whole apartment has just been repainted, the wood floors are beautiful, the frig and stove are old but working well. The bathroom has black and white tilling. Please see pictures! Scheduled improvements to be done: Bathroom: The tiled bathroom floor is to be replaced with black granite & white marble. A new larger bathroom sink. Kitchen: Matching "blue pearl" granite tops for the kitchen counter, a new double sink and spout. New stainless steal appliances. wireless broadband, free basic cable hookup in all rooms, 2 bedrooms, large
living room and kitchen, closets, custom made kitchen cabinets. Exposed
brick chimneys, new electronic fireplace. Artistic stain glass window boxes,
beveled sliding glass door, black walnut banister in hallway, large windows.
Security.. color front door monitor to anonymously view visitors from the
comfort of your apartment and decide whether to speak to them or buzz them
in. **This Apartment has a color TV/ DVD player in the living room,
a radio hooked up to 4 surround sound speakers. Usables: Herbivorian House supplies sheets, pillows & pillow cases, towels, etc. There are often additional items for cooking, any food item partly used is tossed. Solid sealed items that you use, kindly replace for the next guest. Present condition: Excellent!!! Scheduled improvements: Art work on the walls, large flat screen TV. Staining porch. The kitchen has all black granite
counter tops, a double SS sink, with disposal, SS dishwasher, very
large double door SS GE profile refrigerator, gas stove and oven,
all wood floors, 4 designer ceiling fans, one in each room. Bathroom is
all green/white artistic designed patterns. Track halogen lighting in kitchen,
recessed lights in one bedroom, all lights and fans on dimmer switches.
Easy access to washer/dryer on ground floor, high ceilings. Granite kitchen
table. Present condition: To-be Excellent! One bed room
