Apartment #1
First floor apartment

Two bedrooms.
Back room A: 1 doublebed. Middle bed room B: 1 single bed
1400.00 per month
Utilities gas and electric tenants responsibility*

This apartment is on the first floor, it is a little smaller than the other apartments and configured a little differently. The middle bedroom is small and squished between the kitchen and living room. But this apartment has beautiful black granite counter tops and all new stainless steal dishwasher and refrigerator. Also every room like the 2nd floor has ceiling fans and lights. The kitchen has track lighting. There are also many dimmer switches and 9 Ft hight ceilings. There is not a Jacuzzi tub. The great thing about this Apartment is its very large porch which is nestled next to the top of a beautiful blossoming (in season) plumb tree. Two new hardwood floors. It is also very close to the washer and dryer in the basement. The video of this apartment will be posted on our web site soon.

Apartment #2
Second floor apartment

Two bed rooms.
Back bedroom A: 1 double bed. Front bedroom B: 1 double bed

This Apartment is by far the fanciest and has recently been totally renovated and has all the many features listed on the home page, including the jacuzzi tub.

Apartment #3
Third floor apartment

Two bedrooms.
Back bedroom A: 1 double bed. Front bedroom B: 1 double bed
1400.00 Per month
Utilities gas and electric tenants responsibility*

(Appliances in this apartment are quite old and not stainless steel, the ceilings are lower; the bath room is mostly old small and Spartan. However this Apt has an enormous porch and by far the best view of the Boston Skyline. There are many windows and a couple sky lights so it's also a very sunny Apt. All old wood floors.)

The counter top is also old and worn. There is not a Jacuzzi tub. Please see the video so you have no illusions. The entire Apartment will be pained and all new beds and basic furnishings will be installed when current tenant is gone at the end of Aug. If you have further questions please ask. This apartment is next in line for an upgrade.

Please note "basic cable" and high speed wireless broadband are free for all tenants short and long term.

Other Charges:

$500.00 security deposit held on your credit card inspection and check out.

$100 cleaning deposit
If the Apt is left at least as clean as you found it, this fee is refundable.

$25 key deposit per key.

Optional services:

$5 per day charge for use of full kitchen utensils, cooking appliances and silverware (complete description soon be listed).

$30 For 25 lb. of Laundry service (* $ to be updated)

Clean bed linens, towels, initial bar or soap toilet paper are provided for on arrival. But it's the guests responsibility to wash as needed and resupply. Coin operated Commercial May-tag washer and dryer in the basement.
Laundry soap free. 1 small scoop for each wash is all thats needed.
