Hey this was a great apartment, and I stayed there while Brahma was still remodeling. What a kitchen, what a back porch view! And great internet and cable connections. I watched my hometown Gators win the national BB title (the first of two) while I was there.
The neighborhood is great. I never had any problems coming and going at all hours of the day and night. And the public transportation got me over to my classes in Cambridge in a jiffy, from a bus stop two blocks down the hill. An altogether great time, that Spring of '06

I’d also like to say that you were a great landlord - always responded quickly and with genuine concern. That can be one of the most important things as a tenant. Thank you. I loved this apartment. It has a wonderful view of the city as well as being a beautifully appointed modern living space. It is in a great neighborhood, convenient, and full of Boston's antique charm. Stayed here last year and would love to return. Very comfortable, perfect for a couple, all the latest appliances and high speed internet connections.

A wonderful place in East Boston. I have watched the owner lovingly renovate it over the years, never taking any short cuts and always using the best possible material. He will never get the rent that should be due his labors, but his reward is never compromising in the pursuit of perfection, and he has done a great job. A nice place in an up and coming neighborhood conveniently located. Also, and importantly, Brahma is a very nice gentle soul to have as a landlord.

I am currently a graduate student at Harvard Divinity School. I had a short stay at this apartment when I came to visit Harvard the first time last May. I was truly impressed by everything about the apartment. The spacious apartment was simply AMAZING, newly decorated, with gleaming furniture and sunshine pouring in from the balcony. Although I only spent three days in Boston, the owner went to great length to make sure all my needs were met, such as Internet access etc.... The owner is a VERY helpful, considerate and well-cultured individual with whom you can truly engage in a meaningful intellectual discussion. Transportation is rather convenient. The T train station is a short walk away. I only had a short stay so I am not familiar with that neighborhood, but I remember it as a safe, quiet environment with many stores and ethnic restaurants. In sum, I had a great time staying there. Highly recommended! Just go there and see for yourself.
